This is one purchase that had a serious effect on my preparedness. With these TWO bags, inconspicuous and outfitted with all kinds of gear, I was able to put these in vehicles for instant get home and bugout options.

TESTED: I hiked this bag through 12 miles of the Appalachian Trail in the dark and did not find it wanting! If you are looking to solve preparedness problems, at home, on the road, or even at an alternate locations. This Gray Man Kit, Two man survival kit is a no-brainer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to add anything to my GRAY MAN 72-hour emergency kit?

The GRAY-MAN includes all recommended emergency supplies with a focus on blending into urban environments. 72-hour bug-out bags need these to keep you safe and prepared until the danger passes. However, there are some items you’ll need to add when you get your pack.

For shipping and safety, our kits don’t have batteries or fuel canisters included. This is to avoid those items leaking chemicals into the pack or degrading over time, becoming useless when you need them. If your pack needs to be shipped by air, we also avoid including a lighter. The igniter fluid in a lighter makes them hazardous materials, and illegal to transport by air.

When you receive your 72-hour emergency kit, add a 3-day supply of prescription medication, copies of your important information, and necessary batteries/fuel canisters. For extra protection, keep these items in a solid, waterproof container to avoid damage.

How many days of supplies should I keep on hand in case of emergencies?

It is heavily encouraged to have at least three days’ worth of supplies to outlast multi-day emergencies. No one knows how long an emergency will last, so a 72-hour emergency kit is a safe minimum to meet.

If I use only a few items in my kit, do I need to buy another one?

The supplies in our 72-hour bug-out bags are available on our website. If you need to restock on specific items or replace any lost or damaged gear, we have them all here. If you’re not sure what to stock up on, refer to the original inventory, or you can find a printable checklist here.
